How much does it cost to play?
Play starts with token packages ranging from $1-$100. We also offer VIP membership options and a unique "Claw, Trade & Upgrade" TM system to maximize your wins.
Is there an age limit to visit?
Claw Zone is fun for everyone! While we welcome fans of all ages, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for a safe and energetic arcade experience.
Where can I find parking?
We have plenty of free parking available directly in front of our arcade at 5629 Outer Loop. It’s convenient and easy to access.
What should I bring for my visit?
Just your excitement! We accept both cash and cards for token purchases.
Can I trade my prizes for something bigger?
Absolutely! Our signature "CLAW, TRADE AND UPGRADE"TM system is a favorite feature. You can collect 8 plushies and trade them up for jumbo plushies or rare collector items.
Are there general rules for the arcade?
To keep the fun fair for everyone, please avoid shaking or tilting the machines. If a prize is stuck, just ask our friendly staff for help!
Can someone help me win prizes if I’m having trouble?
Yes! Our floor team is always out in the arcade to help. If you’re having trouble with a game or trying to win a specific prize, just ask. We’re happy to give tips, rearrange items, and cheer you on so you have the best chance to win.

How do I book a party?
Is a deposit required?
You can book your event directly through our online VIP portal. Simply click 'Plan Your Visit' in the menu, select your preferred date, and choose your package.
Full payment is required upon booking.
Can I bring outside food or cake?
What is included in a party package?
Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake and dry snacks.
Packages include 90 minutes of reserved seating, 100 tokens per guest, and a dedicated 'Claw Captain' host to ensure everyone wins big.
Rescheduling & Cancellation policy?
Are private event buyouts available?
Rescheduling is free up to 72 hours before your event. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the payment, but can be applied to a reschedule date.
Yes! We offer full venue buyouts for corporate events, major birthdays, and elite tournaments. Contact us for custom pricing and exclusive booth setups.
